Shipping & Delivery
All packages will be shipped UPS to a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, we will promptly notify the customer to obtain correct information and the customer will be billed charges for re-shipping the package. UPS will sometime correct an address or add an apartment or suite number. They will charge us $5.00 for doing this service, so please double check this information to assure your shipping address is complete before ordering. The charge will be past along to the customer, if the address they have provided for us is not complete. Upon request, we will gladly provide you with a copy of this charge.

Return & Refund Policy
Browning’s Country Ham guarantees our country ham products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or replace your order. Simply call us at 859-948-4HAM (4426) and we will refund the total purchase price and shipping cost or we will replace your order with a new country ham product. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
