Browning’s Fully Cooked City Hams
Our fully cooked City Hams are slow cooked and slow smoked using real hickory wood. They differ from our usual Country Hams in that they are brine curing method, used for our traditional Country Hams. This method produces a tender and moist ham that is distinguished by its relatively sweet and mild flavor when compared to Country Hams.
Since our City Hams are also fully cooked they can quickly be heated up for a fine holiday dinner or sliced up cold for a seasonal brunch or dinner party.
Our City Hams are available in one size of approximately 8 lbs.
