Grandma Babe’s Smoked Country Sausage

This hickory smoked sausage is a great blend of sage seasoning and country ham. Packaged in a cloth sack allowing the hickory smoke to fully flavor and preserve the sausage. This a a favorite on any Kentucky table and throughout the South.

Sold two lbs. to a roll. It freezes very well so stock up.

Adding a patty (or two) of sausage with a spoon full of Howards Creek Beer Cheese makes an awesome little slider sandwich on a Kings Hawaiian roll
