Our boneless cooked country ham is perfectly aged for every bit of a year and is conveniently vacuum-sealed to retain its distinctive country flavor. We especially prepare this country ham through a process that includes boiling it in brown sugar water, which gives it a less salty taste than what is typically associated with Country Ham. Our Kentucky country ham centers are ready to heat up for a right-fine family dinner, or to slice and serve for a brunch or dinner party. Sliced hams will be shipped in pan (photo in Gallery) You can specify how you would like it sliced in the notes on the order. We typically slice thin for sandwiches but can slice 1/4 inch thick for dinner steak.
